Stone House — City Beach, Perth

Warm coastal architecture, sculptural stone and resort-style outdoor living.
Located in City Beach, WA, Stone House is a refined contemporary residence combining natural limestone, warm timber, expansive glazing and relaxed coastal landscaping.
The interiors have been designed around Perth’s beautiful natural light. A statement stone kitchen island anchors the open-plan kitchen, while timber cabinetry and understated finishes create a warm, editorial backdrop.
The lounge has a more architectural feel, with soaring ceilings, a dramatic limestone fireplace, oversized neutral furnishings and large openings connecting the space to the gardens.
Outside, the pool and covered entertaining pavilion create a resort-like setting surrounded by mature native landscaping. The combination of pool, natural stone, timber and greenery makes this particularly suited to swimwear, fashion, wellness and summer lifestyle campaigns.
