Production Shoot House Gold Coast is available for half day or full day shoots for any production crew to utilise.

This property is a multifunctional purpose built shoot house specifically for short term stays and commercial production shoots. The property is a suburban style, relaxed, homely double story freestanding house regularly used for small group tours, regular portfolio shoots and lifestyle/product/ household productline / fashion shoots with models.

Outside the house is a separate fully stocked makeup room.
At the entry is a basic studio area with some lighting equipment available to be used by production teams.

The lower floor has a piano room, open plan lounge, fully self-catered kitchen with utensils, single bathroom with bathtub/shower, dining area and 2 bedrooms
There is also an outdoor pool, garden and lounge/entertainment area

The upper floor has fully stocked kitchenette, open lounge area, twin ensuite bathroom and 4 rooms available for shooting and a beautiful spiral staircase.
The upper floor also has a deck and outdoor table.

Access to the property is also disability friendly as it has a permanent ramp to enter the lower floor and the bathroom is equipped with handrails.
I manage the property directly.
